Can I see a sample copy of one your publications?

Very few booksellers and agents carry stocks of our titles – they tend to order them only to fulfil firm orders from customers. That means it is not normally possible to see sample copies. However, our 30-day refund guarantee works the same way.

You can examine any CSP title in your office for 30 days and return it for a full refund if you decide it doesn't meet your needs. All you have to do is to return the Portfolio in resaleable condition (that means: in its original packaging and without any damage to the books themselves). Provided you notify us within 30 days that you are returning a Portfolio, you can still return it by any means (including Surface Mail).

We are happy to offer this guarantee because we receive so few returns! In the whole of 2002, fewer than 25 customers returned a title to us for a refund.

Can I get written details of a title that interests me?

Yes. The easiest way is to click where it says printable version for the title that interests you. You will then be given the option to save the file to your hard disk or to open it straight into a Word document.

If you have any problems with this, please contact us and tell us which title you are interested in and how you would like to receive the details. We can fax them, e-mail them or post them to you. Please include your full address and appropriate contact details in your message.

Are your publications available in any language other than English?

At present, no. But we are always looking at this. If you would be interested in translating and co-publishing any title in another language, please contact us.

Do you have Company Audits or Business Improvement Portfolios available on any other subjects?

We are always developing new titles and announce these on this site. Come back regularly and check for details. If you have any particular suggestions, or if you have developed any audits or other business improvement tools in your company that you would be interested in publishing, please contact us.

I need to order a title urgently. How quickly can you get it to me?

To ensure safe and swift delivery all our titles are shipped by courier or signed-for priority service as soon as we receive and clear your payment. If you pay by credit card, this should mean that your order is shipped within 48 hours and received by you within 3-5 working days of the shipping date anywhere in the world. Please remember to allow extra time (around 10 days) to clear cheques and bank drafts.

My company would be interested in distributing CSP's publications in my country. How can we become a distributor?

(Note that we also mail people who are not existing customers of ours – for example, if you have recently attended a conference in a related area. If the conference organizer holds your address incorrectly we will not normally be able to correct their records).
