Each audit in this Portfolio needs only a small team of 3-4 people to run it. You can use the same team to conduct each audit, or draw team members for each project from a larger pool.
No specific skills are required, as the audits and AuditGuide provide a detailed briefing for team members. But you will probably want to include one team member with a background in accounting/ auditing and another with experience of interviewing and surveying techniques.
