Terms and Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions, the words 'we' and 'us' refer to Cambridge Strategy Publications. The words 'you' and 'your' relate to customers of Cambridge Strategy Publications.
Delivery
1. We accept orders for delivery anywhere in the world.
2. Orders are delivered by a traceable delivery service and require a signature
as proof of receipt before the order will be released to you by the courier.
3. Please allow 2 days for delivery in the UK, up to 5 days to Europe and up
to 10 days to the rest of the world.
4. Postage is free for all Cambridge Strategy Audits, however this does not
account for any duties, taxes, or clearing charges that may be levied by the
authorities in some destination countries. These charges are your responsibility
and will vary. We cannot predetermine what the charges will be. The charges
may be billed directly to you by your customs authority, or may be billed to
you by us. We suggest that you call your local customs office if you would
like more information on customs duties in your country. If you have any special
delivery requirements, please advise us by e-mail by completing our contact form at the time of ordering.
Payment
5. Prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling. Payment must accompany
your order.
6. If you are paying by credit card, we will debit your card account in Pounds
Sterling, but your card provider will show the charge in your local currency
at the prevailing exchange rate.
7. If you prefer to pay by cheque or money order, we will send you an invoice
in British Pounds Sterling. The invoice carries full payment instructions.
Cheques and money orders must be made out in British Pounds Sterling and should
be payable to Triarchy Press Ltd.
Returns, refunds, cancellations and replacements
8. We offer a full refund guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with
your purchase or wish to cancel your order, simply return the goods to us
in their original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will
issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. (Please note that
refunds for credit card orders can only be made as refunds to your credit
card account.)
9. If the return is due to an error we have made or because the goods are faulty
we will automatically refund your delivery charges. In all other cases, you
will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
10. In all cases, please contact us before returning goods ordered from us
to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please see contact details below.
11. Goods must be returned in their original condition. For your own protection
we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy
is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
Privacy Policy
- Who we are. In this Privacy Policy references to 'we' and 'us' are Cambridge Strategy Publications.
- What information we collect and how. The
information we collect via this website may include:
(a) Any personal details you type in and submit, such as name, address, email address, etc.
(b) Your IP address (this is your computer's individual identification number) which is automatically logged by our web server. This is used to note your interest in our website and track your order/s.
(c) Under no circumstances will we hold sensitive payment details such as your card number, expiry date and security code. - What we do with your information. Any personal information
we collect from our website will be used in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998 and other applicable laws. The details we collect will be used:-
(a) To process your order and to provide after-sales service.
(b) To comply with legal requirements.
(c) In certain cases we may use your email address to send you information about new products. In such a case you will be offered the option to opt in/out before completing your purchase.
We will never pass the information we collect to third parties not involved in supplying our online service. We may use third parties to carry out certain activities, such as processing and sorting data, monitoring how customers use our site and issuing our e-mails for us. Rest assured that third parties will not be allowed to use your personal information for their own purposes. - Your rights.
a) You can ask us to update or remove your personal information or by writing to us at Cambridge Strategy Publications, Station Offices, Station Yard, Axminster, Devon EX13 5PF UK. However, please note that we may need to keep some personal data in order to process orders or to comply with customer service or after sales obligations.
b) You also have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you. To do this, simply write to us at the above address, enclosing a cheque for £10 payable to Triarchy Press Ltd to cover our administration costs.
