Scoreable audits

These three audits include a series of questionnaires. All the answers can be scored to provide a measured assessment of your organisation's performance in the area covered. Scoreable audits are ideal for measuring improvement over time, comparing performance between different sites/departments, or benchmarking with other organizations.

Function Audits

Most audits need to be tailored to the needs of your organisation. In many cases you need to adjust the questions you ask depending on the size of your organisation, your market and your business structure.

So, these audits combine scoreable questionnaires (as above) with flexible self-assessment frameworks. These frameworks include suggested approaches, sample questions, audit guidelines.

Use them to develop additional questionnaires that exactly suit your particular situation and requirements. You can then review performance and identify strengths and weaknesses and target improvement initiatives.

These audits fall into three functional areas - Human Resources, Marketing, and Strategy & General Management.
