Cambridge Strategy Publications

Our Mission

CSP was formed in 1993 with a mission to put the tools of business best practice directly into the hands of senior managers around the world.

Our Publications

Our publications are all designed as practical tools - short on academic theory and ready to use right away. Whichever topic you choose, it is our aim to bring you a definitive guide that contains "everything you need to know".

Today we have around 40 company self-assessment audits and seven full Portfolios available, with more in development:

  1. Feedback from our customers has told us our Company Self-Assessment Audits meet a real business need. They offer an almost instant, objective analysis of where your business is now, and help you identify clearly how and where to change and improve.
    2. With this in mind, we will be bringing you more audits to cover more areas of your business in the coming months.
  2. At the same time, customers have told us that they never really got to grips with issues like Benchmarking and Quality until they found our Business Improvement Portfolios. The "Step-by-Step" guides offered by these Portfolios really do give you the complete picture. From briefing the Senior Management Team, to planning the fine details of a particular project, the Business Improvement Portfolios put tried-and-tested methods at your fingertips.

CSP now has customers in more than 90 countries around the world. Companies in every single business sector use the audits and Portfolios, and we know from experience and customer feedback that they work equally well in small businesses with as few as 20 employees as in large multi-nationals.
